You may be eligible for psychotherapy coverage through your workplace insurance plan. The current fee is $400 per session. If cost is a concern, please let us know. We are open to discussing sliding-scale options and want to make support as accessible as possible. Most extended health plans cover services provided by Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Marriage and Family Therapists, or Clinical Counsellors. If your plan includes any of these designations, you can typically submit your receipts for reimbursement.
We offer in-person counselling in Vaughan as well as secure online sessions for individuals and couples anywhere in Ontario, making it easier to get started in a way that fits your schedule and comfort level.
If you are considering taking the first step, we invite you to reach out. You can book a discovery meeting or request more information by completing the Contact Us form, or by calling or emailing us directly. A single conversation can help you clarify your options and decide what support feels right for you.
Not quite ready to commit to counselling? That’s completely okay. A discovery meeting can be a thoughtful first step.
For a fee of $150, this no-commitment session gives you a safe, professional space to explore what is really going on, without pressure to start couples counselling. You can attend together as a couple or on your own. During this meeting, I work with you to clarify what a realistic and meaningful objective would look like, explain how counselling actually works, and identify the patterns or issues that may be blocking you as a couple from moving forward.
Just as importantly, we take time to decide together whether couples counselling is the right fit for you right now, or whether other options may better support your situation. Many people find that even one discovery meeting brings clarity, relief, and a sense of direction.
There is no obligation to continue beyond this session. It is simply an opportunity to ask questions, gain perspective, and take a first step toward understanding your relationship in a calm, supportive therapeutic environment.
